My approach combines several approaches. It’s based on the fundamental principles that govern movements and human performances (physiology, biomechanics, functional neurology, psychology, etc.).

The objective is to optimize the functioning of the body and mind through holistic methods and functional tools validated at the highest levels of global sport and fitness.
